Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Tokyo Garden ("Tokyo Garden," "we," "us," or "our"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the site. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Use of the Website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the website in any way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with the operation or security of the site. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone who accesses the website through your connection is aware of and complies with these Terms.
2. Online Ordering and Third-Party Platforms
Orders for pickup or delivery may be placed through third-party platforms (such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and others) or through our direct ordering provider. These services are operated by independent third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, fees, delivery, or conduct of any third-party platform. Any dispute regarding an order placed through a third-party platform should be directed to that platform.
3. Reservations and Waitlist
Reservation and waitlist features may be provided through third-party services. Availability is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to manage seating, hold times, and party sizes at our discretion. Please contact the restaurant directly for large parties or special arrangements.
4. Menu, Pricing, and Availability
Menu items, descriptions, and prices shown on the website are provided for general information and are subject to change without notice. Actual presentation may vary, and item availability may differ by location and time of day. In the event of a discrepancy, the pricing and availability at the restaurant or applicable ordering platform at the time of purchase will govern. An 18% service charge may be added to parties of six or more guests.
5. Food Allergies and Health Notice
Consuming raw or undercooked meat, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Not all ingredients are listed for every item, and our kitchen handles common allergens. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please inform your server or note it with your order before purchasing. You are responsible for determining whether menu items are suitable for your needs.
6. Gift Cards
Gift cards, when available, are subject to additional terms presented at the time of purchase. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen unless required by law, and may be restricted to participating locations.
7. Intellectual Property
The website and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, images, menu content, and design — are owned by or licensed to Tokyo Garden and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the website without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, and we make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tokyo Garden and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or any third-party service accessed through it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites and services. We provide these links for convenience and do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
