Tokyo Garden is committed to providing equal access to our website for all guests, including those with disabilities. Known Limitations
- Third-party ordering platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc.) are outside our control — we cannot guarantee their accessibility.
- Reservation and waitlist widgets are hosted by Google and may have their own accessibility limitations.
- Phone-only ordering may present a barrier for deaf or hard-of-hearing guests — online ordering alternatives are provided where available.
Ongoing Efforts
We conduct regular accessibility audits and prioritize remediation by user impact. Accessibility review is part of our development process for all new features and content updates.
